  You need a couple of library files that do not come with Linux distros normally, due to copyright issues. You can download them from the repos IIRC, or any number of web sites. I think they are libdvss and libdvd but I really don't remember.

  libdvdcss - you'll probably need a compiler if you don't have an intel or amd CPU.
